Bam Contractors undertook the project to construct a primary and secondary school on the one site in Doughiska, Galway city. In mid 2013 Larkin Engineering was approached by Bam representatives to design and manufacture a range of street furniture for the two schools with pupils varying in age from 5 to 18 years of age. As part of the job Larkin Engineering supplied stock items from our street furniture range but also bespoke items to suit Bam's requirements.
Litter Bins, Seats, Benches, Bicycle shelters Bicycle racks and Bollards were supplied on time and under budget. On completion of the project Bam representatives congratulated Larkin Engineering on the high quality of the product and service supplied to them at a very competitive price.
Since completion of this project Larkin Engineering has designed and manufactured street furniture to 4 more schools for Bam in Waterford, Dublin, Wexford and Limerick along with 1 school for Bam Uk in Bodmin, Cornwall.
